Get ready for hundreds more residents in downtown Miami, thanks to a newly completed apartment tower.

Muze at Met Square, a 538-foot, 43-story tower, opened this week with 391 rental apartments. The first residents have already moved in.

Pricing in the amenity-packed building appears to be above $3 per square foot.

Construction at the Met Square complex began in June 2015, with an 18-screen Silverspot theater built on the lower floors.

Zom is the developer, and is now in advanced construction permitting to begin work on their next tower, Luma Miami Worldcenter. Miami architect NBWW designed the Muze Met Square tower.
