Wynwood Square has received a construction loan and is about to break ground.

Records show that construction permits are pending for both the foundation and vertical construction.

Also this month, the developers obtained permission for a water and sewer connection to the site.

The project will include:

  • 257 apartments
  • 54,000 square feet of office
  • 25,000 square feet of retail
  • 481 parking spaces (a reduction from minimum requirements is being obtained by payment into a parking fund)

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation provided a $71.2 million construction loan.

Stantec is the architect.

Cim Group and One Real Estate Investments are the developers.
