Grand Station, a residential tower under construction in downtown Miami, is on track to open by mid-2021, new photos show.
The tower is being built on land owned by the Miami Parking Authority in a public-private partnership with developing entity Grand Station Partners LLC.
According to a utilities deal signed in 2018, the project will include:
5,000 square feet of retail
8-story garage with 369 spaces (not included in the utilities deal)
The Grand Station tower topped off this year at 31 stories, or 322 feet above ground.
The project will be completed in May 2021, according to a recent report from the Parking Authority as reported in Miami Today.
Rovr is the developer.
Zyscovich Architects and Frances Anillo Toledo are the architects.
