The 56-story Residences by Armani Casa Tower has been completed in Sunny Isles, and closings are now underway.
There are 308 condo units, and total sales are expected to top $1 billion. Over $800 million worth of condos in the building were already in contract last year, the developers had said.
The project broke ground in January 2016 and was open in November 2019, making it around 46 months of construction.
Amenities include a private oceanfront restaurant & bar, a two-story Armani Spa and fitness center, private movie theater, cigar room, and a children’s playground.
Dezer Development and Related Group are the developers.
Pelli Clarke Pelli is the architect, with interiors by Armani/Casa.
Unit 4305 is listed by Carlo Dipasquale of Cervera Real Estate.
It includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The asking price is $2.1 million, with 1,476 interior square feet and wraparound balcony bringing total square footage to 2,489.
Entry is by a semi-private foyer. Units feature Subzero refrigerators & Wolf appliances, stone countertops, and an outdoor kitchen. Bathrooms have Toto toilets with integrated bidets.
