Developer Melo Group is moving quickly on construction of their 35-story Miami Plaza.
Photos taken earlier this month show that the tower had already reached level 12, just 17 weeks after vertical construction commenced, according to shell contractor L&R Structural.
Groundbreaking took place in January, with two tower cranes installed in April and vertical construction shortly after.
Miami Plaza will include 435 apartments next to the School Board Metromover station when complete. The developer is also now wrapping up construction on the 625-apartment Art Plaza towers a block away.
