Downtown Miami’s historic Burdine’s department store is being transformed into a Ross, and signs have now been installed at the property.

The property was operated as a department store by Macy’s until 2018, when a lease expired.

Ross is spending $2,991,800 to renovate 34,192 square feet of ground floor space. Existing escalators that were used by Macy’s leading to the second floor will be walled off.
